Nowadays, the negative impact of traction load on power system operation poses a serious problem that may lead to false tripping or even failures relay protection devices and reduce quality electrical energy. This situation is typical for Zabaikal system, in which some areas share electricity consumption by railway reaches 70% total consumption. A computing tool, would allow simultaneous analysis modes, both utility's grid network, do not exist. The inability carry out such often leads inconsistency actions control centers transport authorities, especially when maintenance planning. Mathematic modeling software systems as "Mustang", "RastrWin3", "MathCAD", "Matlab/Simulink", "PSCAD", "Kortes". developed model represents contain detailed between substation Razmahnino – Shilka, Chita Mogocha. Negative-sequence voltage unbalance factors were calculated case train movement Shilka. Also, necessity back-up relays values correction stated. It was shown powerflow calculations taking into account load, it rational use complex mathematical model, uses compatible with ability quick easy data exchange.
